We are a locally owned NDIS support business driven by a simple belief: Everyone deserves to live with dignity, choice, and opportunity. We partner with NDIS participants and their families, guiding them through day-today appointments and helping build real understanding of their goals. Whether its overcoming barriers, organizing daily tasks, or collaborating with allied health teams, we're here to make every step clearer. Cert III Community Services
Interests and Hobbies:
Fitness & Boxing, Cars & Motorbikes, Lake Walks and hikes Jay also likes to go on fun adventures aswell as spending his spare days near the ocean.

ADMINISTRATION MANAGER - SHARON
Experience in Industry:
Working 12mths as Administration Management for DT9
Certificate 3 & 4 in Community Services
Certificate 4 in Youth Work
Hobbies and Interests:
Sharon volunteers for a non-profit SPANQbn
Sharon enjoys attending bingo on a regular basis
Sharon enjoys spending time with her family and her 4 grandkids

Office hours are:
Monday and Friday 11am - 1pm
Tuesday to Thursday 11am - 12pm
TEAM MEMBER - ANNA
Experience in Industry:
14 years in Aged Care & Disability, Anna is our most experienced Support worker with experience in all aspects inc personal care and has trauma informed training
Hobbies & Interests:
Anna is a hobby farmer and owns donkeys. Anna attends Donkey shows and has some amazing stories.
Industry Goals:
Anna loves working with people in our community.
Anna's motto: We should be lifting each other up and cheering each other on. Not trying to outshine or one up eachother.
